Privacy policy
What we collect when you ask for an estimate, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Effective date: October 29, 2026
This website is operated as Havertown Roof Pros, a roofing contractor serving Havertown, PA. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Havertown Roof Pros. If you have a question about your information, send it through the estimate form and say it's a privacy question.
What we collect
When you send the estimate form, we receive what you type in: your name, phone number, email address (if you give one), the street address of the home, your neighborhood, the type of project and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and the time it was sent.
We don't ask for payment details, and this site doesn't use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
How we use it
We use your information only to respond to your estimate request: to contact you, set up a visit and prepare your estimate. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their marketing.
How it's delivered and stored
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. When you send the form, Cloudflare processes the submission and delivers it to our office inbox by email.
A backup copy of each request is kept in Cloudflare's storage for 90 days, in case an email doesn't arrive, and is then deleted automatically. Emails in our inbox are kept with our other business correspondence.
Spam protection and logs
To keep out spam, the form checks for automated submissions and limits how many requests can come from one IP address in an hour. For that limit we store a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address for about an hour, not the address itself. When a submission is rejected or can't be delivered, a short technical log entry is recorded without the contents of your message. Cloudflare may also keep standard request logs, including IP addresses, as part of running its network.
We take reasonable steps to protect what you send us, but no website or email system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from your request, or ask us to delete it, through the estimate form. This site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and its effective date.
